Stay Away 5K - Duke Lemur Center

Just because we have to keep our distance doesn't mean we have to stay inside! Join the Duke Lemur Center for our very own Stay Away 5K, with all proceeds benefiting lemur care and conservation!

Register at lemur.duke.edu/5K, then run-or walk-a 5K, by yourself, on Earth Day weekend (April 24-25). Your $30 registration fee benefits lemurs AND includes a Stay Away 5K commemorative t-shirt and decal!

NOTE: Because this is a virtual event, you and your family and friends can participate from anywhere in the world! In 2020, we had more than 1,800 participants from all 50 US states and the District of Columbia, and from at least 11 additional countries, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Finland, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam!
