Virtual Koru Meditation Class

Are you a Duke student, faculty or staff member searching for ways to manage your stress and anxiety? Join a Koru class on Wednesdays (June 16th - July 7th) from 12:00pm-1:15pm for an opportunity to learn skills and strategies to navigate times of uncertainty and build your mindfulness muscle.
