MEMP Seminar: A Grounded Approach to Engineering

Bio: Having worked in the engineering profession in North Carolina since 1996, Sean contributes a wealth of experience and positive energy to each project. In 2012, Sean ventured out on his own and founded Grounded Engineering. Grounded Engineering began with a vision to provide forward thinking design that has a positive impact on our communities with a motto to "always leave things better than you found them."With an understanding that every project is unique and every client is worthy of our undivided attention, Grounded works to understand the project specific goals and develop a path forward that will enable each client to achieve her or his highest possible success. At Grounded, we
believe in a balanced approach to design. We also believe in order to be a good designer in the office you must first get your boots muddy in the field.As an Eagle Scout and a member of a military family, Sean grew up with an appreciation for the outdoor environment and a commitment to community and customer service.As an alum and former Board member of Leadership North Carolina, Sean continues to serve communities across North Carolina and work with hundreds of other professionals to ensure we provide North Carolina with the brightest possible future.
