Join us for free strength training classes led by Tim Bisantz at East Campus from 5:30- 6:30 pm on Thursdays. Meet at the wall on East Campus across from Whole Foods. Bring water and an exercise mat, towel or blanket.All fitness levels are welcome and participants are encouraged to bring their own mats and water bottles. Location may change due to weather.
