Join us for a conversation with Justin M. Pearson, Managing Attorney of the Institute for Justice's Florida Office. Mr. Pearson will discuss FDA and state government regulation of what food companies can call their products, such as Mississippi's regulatory ban of the terms "veggie burgers" and "vegan hot dogs." Mr. Pearson is currently the lead attorney in a lawsuit challenging Mississippi's ban. Sponsored by the Duke Law Federalist Society and the Duke Food Law Society.
