Duke Climate Rally

Join us on the BC Plaza on Saturday, September 21 from 1-3pm to call for bold, progressive action on climate change! Fighting climate breakdown is about much more than emissions and scientific metrics - it's about fighting for a just and sustainable world that works for all of us. If we are going to fight for this, we need everyone, and from September 20-27, students and adults around the world will show their solidarity with the movement by walking out of their classes and jobs to demand climate justice and swift, decisive action against the climate crisis.

We will have speakers from Duke and Durham talk about the issues affecting North Carolina, letters to politicians to demand leadership on climate issues, and free Locopops! More details to come soon.
