In this workshop, learn techniques for managing stress and how to apply those techniques throughout the job search process. Guest speaking at this event will be Aisha Woods Zarb-Cousin, a psychology intern at Duke's Counseling and Psychological Services in Student Wellness. This event is co-sponsored by Duke Career Center, CAPS, The Pratt School of Engineering, The Graduate School, and The Office of Postdoctoral Services.

Aisha Woods Zarb-Cousin is a psychology intern at Duke's Counseling and Psychological Services in Student Wellness. She recently completed all academic requirements for her Doctorate of Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. She is a United States Air Force veteran, having served during Operation Iraqi Freedom. She has been an adjunct instructor at several colleges and universities in Texas, teaching a number of psychology courses, as well as co-owned and co-operated a successful private psychotherapy practice for a number of years, dedicated to serving a vast array of clients to include, but not limited to, adolescents, people of color, at-risk youth, LGBTQIA people, and foster families.
