Violin and Chamber Music Masterclass with Katharina Uhde

Katharina Uhde graduated from Duke University with a Ph.D. in Musicology in 2014. She is Assistant Professor in Violin and Musicology at Valparaiso University, IN. As a concerto soloist, she has appeared with orchestras in Germany, Serbia, Poland, Brazil, and the United States. As soloist, quartet and piano trio member she has won first and second place prizes in international competitions in Prague, Germany, the Netherlands, and she has also won the 2004 University of Michigan Concerto Competition. This masterclass is free and open to the public.
