Pratt master's students may register for this workshop at wconline.pratt.duke.edu. This workshop is a part of the Pratt Master's Professional Development Program.

We all get nervous before a big presentation. This workshop will provide you with tools and techniques to help you reduce your pre-presentation anxiety and remain in control during a presentation. We will examine the science behind our anxiety to help us better understand it and then we will use breathing techniques and mindfulness/meditation to help us control it. You will leave this workshop with a new perspective on presentation anxiety and a set of tools to help you manage it.
