Effective Leadership in Trying Times

Neuroscientist Kamila Sip, PhD, Director of Neuroscience Research at NeuroLeadership Institute, will discuss science-based strategies for leaders during this interactive Zoom presentation. She has expertise in decision-making, risk-taking, unconscious bias, feedback, habit formation, and change management. Dr. Sip received her PhD from Aarhus University in Denmark in partnership with the Wellcome Trust Centre in Neuroimaging in the UK.
