Law and Liberation
This conversation will draw on the resources of legal theory and critical theory to explore the potentials provided by law and constitutional thought for progressive politics and for liberation movements past and present. The dialogue will draw on and develop material from recent books by the two speakers: Hardt, The Subversive 70s and Rana, The Constitutional Bind.
