Do you feel like you can use more mentoring? Having multiple, informal mentors is an effective, evidence-based strategy for career success and satisfaction, both within and beyond academia. There are few clear rules for building such a network, and the notion of making "cold calls" to prospective mentors can feel intimidating. In this lunchtime workshop for new and junior faculty, we'll provide models, advice and tools to help you build a mentoring network that works for you.
