An in-person documentary screening about right hemisphere disorder (RHD) entitled, "RHD Hidden Diagnosis". This 29-minute film explores the impact of right hemisphere brain damage (RHD) on stroke survivors and their loved ones. It chronicles the struggles and triumphs of survivors and follows a group of NCCU speech-language pathology graduate students as they navigate the Covid Pandemic and learn to lead an online RHD stroke survivor communication treatment group. Following the documentary will be a Q&A session with researcher and clinician Dr. Jamila Minga (Duke), and the director Michael Pearce (NCCU).
