"Go Tell It on the Mountain:” The Theology of James Baldwin
Theology Underground is a series of guided conversations about how culture, identity, and race impact the way we live out our faith and beliefs. To honor the 100th anniversary of the birth of the literary giant James Baldwin, this year's series will engage the intersections of theology and black literature. At this meeting, the Rev. Racquel Gill, the Chapel's minister for intercultural engagement, and Dr. Sharieka Botex, assistant professor of the practice in writing studies, lead the discussion on the theology of writer James Baldwin.
To receive a free dinner, RSVP to Rev. Racquel at racquel.gill@duke.edu.
