All clinics are walk-in only (no appointment is required)

**BEFORE YOU ARRIVE**
Employees who wish to receive the flu vaccine must complete the consent process. They can do so up to 48 hours before receiving their vaccination using their computer or a mobile device. Click the link below for more information.

Employees can also retrieve their consent QR code by returning to vaxtrax.duke.edu.
