Pursuit of Common Good

Deliberation matters because democracy depends on people coming together and making well-thought-out decisions on what we can do together to solve our tough problems. A deliberative forum is a framework that ensures a careful, nonpartisan way of exploring what we hold most dear and to explore possible solutions to challenging public problems. This session will provide an overview of deliberation and tips, tools, and resources for effective deliberation, as well as an opportunity to engage in a practice deliberation.
