Ketanji Brown Jackson: High History and Low Politics

Informal lunch-time conversation in which students can talk with GSF professors Jennifer Nash, Kimberly Lamm, Gabriel Rosenberg, and Kelsey Desir about the nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court and the entrenched histories of racism and sexism on display in her senate confirmation hearings. Together we'll draw on the tools Black feminist theory gives us to think through this event, the histories that have shaped it, and the feelings it provokes.
