Interfaith Campus Pilgrimage: Duke Gardens

Three people walk up the terraced stone steps of a lush garden filled with green plants and purple flowers. A wooden gazebo sits at the top of the hill. To the right, a solid blue panel contains the white text "INTERFAITH CAMPUS PILGRIMAGE" and "DUKE GARDENS" above the Duke University Chapel logo.

Religious faith shapes the lives of billions of people and world events, and all of those major religions are represented at Duke. The Interfaith Campus Pilgrimages program invites graduate students to deepen their understanding of these faiths through monthly visits to sacred spaces at Duke and discussions with Religious Life leaders. Students who wish to can also participate in the rituals, services, and practices of these faith groups.

This pilgrimage is to Duke Gardens, a 55-acre botanic garden in the heart of Duke University that inspires transformative learning, promotes wellness and builds community.
