Developing AI Solutions with Microsoft 365

Using the M365 suite, we'll walk through how an AI agent can be created, grounded in organizational files and knowledge sources, and extended with tools such as email, databases, and Power Automate. Along the way, we'll discuss when lightweight, out-of-the-box chat features are sufficient and when it makes sense to move toward richer, more tailored experiences using Copilot Studio.
