Developed by Ken Blanchard, Situational Leadership is a leadership model that every manager can master. The manager must make a commitment to developing each and every direct report.

ASSESSMENT: We will use the LBAII (Leader Behavior Analysis II) assessment; all participants must complete the assessment at least one week prior to the start of the course. The facilitator will send an email with instructions on how to access the assessment at least two weeks prior to the class start date.
