Join us for a concert featuring Sibelius' Symphony No. 2, Kevin Day's Danza Del Sol, and world-renowned composer John Mackey's Places we can no longer go, a piece about the composer's mother's experience with dementia.

Pre-concert talk at 2:30pm featuring soprano Lindsay Kesselman, Dr. Mitchell Heflin, a geriatrics specialist and Senior Fellow in Duke's Center for the Study of Aging and Human Development, and Dr. Verena Mösenbichler-Bryant, Artistic Director and Conductor of the DMO

Featuring guest artist Lindsay Kesselman, a two-time Grammy-nominated soprano, who has been hailed by Fanfare Magazine as an "artist of growing reputation for her artistry and intelligence ... with a voice of goddess-like splendor."
