Chamber Music Masterclass with Yarn/Wire

Duke Music masterclasses are free and open to the public.

Since its founding in 2005, intrepid NY-based piano and percussion quartet Yarn/Wire has forged a singular path in the contemporary classical music world. Its endlessly inventive collaborations, commissions, and performances have made a significant contribution to the canon of experimental works in the US and abroad.

This masterclass is presented in association with Duke Performances as part of an artist residency that first brought Yarn/Wire to Duke in early 2022. Duke Performances will present Yarn/Wire in concert on February 11, 2023 at 8 pm in Baldwin Auditorium.
