Clementine Bordeaux is a University of California President's and Andrew W. Mellon Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow at UC, Riverside, in the Department of English. Clementine received a Master's degree from the University of Washington, Seattle, through the Native Voices Indigenous documentary film program and an undergraduate degree in Theatre from Carthage College. Raised on the Pine Ridge Reservation (South Dakota), Clementine (Sicangu Oglala Lakota) has continued to support the creative and artistic endeavors of tribal communities in both rural and urban settings. Clementine's research interests include Lakota ontology, Indigenous feminisms, Indigenous representation, visual anthropology, and community-based participatory research.
