Pratt Masters PD Workshops: Cultural Competency

In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the concept of intercultural competence using the cultural iceberg metaphor. Going beyond the typical common tropes of culture such as food, music, festivals, etc., this session will encourage students to investigate more profound, deeper cultural considerations such as work ethic, friendship, values, and more.
