CBB Monday Seminar Series

Dr. Ruggles' research focuses on understanding human health and biology through the application of data visualization, integration and predictive modeling. Specifically, she focuses on the use of computational and statistical methods to genomic, transcriptomic, translatomic, proteomic, metabolomic and microbiome data to inform cancer, inflammatory and cardiovascular disease. To do this, her lab develops and implements novel methods to analyze and visualize high-dimensional data types, including multi-omics and clinical and molecular data to better convey complex information.
