Industry Insights: Employer Chats for First Years and Sophomores

The Industry Insights event is designed to connect first-year and sophomore undergraduates with Duke's employer partners for career exploration purposes. During this virtual event, employer representatives will be hosting short conversation sessions to answer your questions and share insights about career paths, industry standards, and advice on how to prepare yourself for internships and professional positions.

Industry Insights will be facilitated as a Handshake event where each organization will have their own virtual room to chat with students. The chats will be held in a one-on-one format and will last approximately 10 minutes for each session. You are free to choose the employers and session times in which you would like to participate. Chat sessions will be repeated every 10 minutes so you can connect with multiple organizations throughout the event.
