Pathology Grand Rounds - Personal Perspectives on Women & URiM in Academic Medicine and Leadership

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

* Recognize systemic barriers to the lack of full representation of women and URiM minorities in academic medical leadership

* Appreciate major barriers to advancement to medical leadership positions and how to alleviate them

* Understand both organizational and personal efforts to overcome traditional stereotypical biases such as the imposter syndrome and sexual harassment
