Botany Spotlight: Mosses of Duke Forest

Spend an afternoon in Duke Forest with Blanka Aguero, bryophyte data manager at the Duke University Herbarium, learning about the common mosses of North Carolina woods. Learn about the biology of mosses and liverworts, and gain basic moss identification skills as you explore a world beneath your feet. Driving directions will be sent with the program reminder. This will be a small group program that takes place outdoors and traveling on unpaved trails with some uneven surfaces.
