The Semicentennial Nineteenth Century French Studies (NCFS) Colloquium will be held at:
Washington Duke Inn, in Durham, NC.

Keynote Address: Marina van Zuylen
Professor of French and Comparative Literature
Clemente Chair in the Humanities at Bard College
Title of presentation: "'The Ways we Miss our Lives is Life: Theories and Practice of the Good Enough"

Submissions for individual papers or sessions (between 250-300 words in French or English) should be sent as an e-mail attachment in Word to NCFS@duke.edu.

For session proposals, a separate abstract for each paper should be included. Please indicate your A/V requirements on your abstract, if applicable.
