XIII EMEP - World Meeting on Teaching Portuguese!

"Intertextualities and Interconectivities in the Teaching/Learning of Portuguese (PLE, PLA, PLM, PLH and others)"

The strengthening of our Portuguese language programs around the world is always closely attached to the importance we give to the relation between the language and communication needs in different spheres. For this EMEP, we seek the presentation of works that highlight this need through different types of intertextuality and the interdisciplinary and intercultural dialogue, making language a concrete means to translate objectivities and subjectivities through meaningful and enriching experiences.

Presenters at the XIII EMEP will have the opportunity to see their communications published in the Portuguese Language Journal, after submitting their articles to a double-blind peer-review process.

Important dates:

February 25th: deadline for submitting proposals

March 25th: sending confirmation of acceptance of proposals

April 25th: deadline for approved authors to register for the conference

25 de maio: program presentation
