DukEngineer magazine interest meeting

Are you curious about what's going on in Pratt Engineering? Do you enjoy writing and/or photography? Are you looking for a resume-building, journalistic writing experience that shows capability beyond engineering? If so, consider joining DukEngineer, Duke University's student-produced magazine!

DukEngineer publishes annual issues highlighting all of the most exciting things happening in Pratt, and we are currently looking for new writers and photographers for the 2024 issue. Writers take ownership of a story from start to finish, helping to publicize an individual, project, club, or event personally important to them, to the Duke community, and beyond, often building important connections and relationships in the process! Our interest meeting and information session will be held on Thursday, October 19th from 7:00 to 8:00pm in Teer 203. Stop by to meet one of our Editors-in-Chief, learn more about being a writer, and explore some possible topics for the 2024 issue! Bring article ideas related to Pratt in any way, from a professor doing amazing research, to a student organization going above and beyond, and everything in between.
