Abdulkader Sinno is Associate Professor of Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies at Indiana University and a 2009 Carnegie Scholar. His research interests include politics of the Middle East, North Africa and Afghanistan as well as the politics of Muslim minorities in Western Europe and North America.This lecture is part of our "Citizenship, Democracy and Elections" series.
