***TO REGISTER, CLICK "More Information" BELOW***Do you ever find yourself frustrated in your relationships with co-workers or family members, overwhelmed by work demands, or simply stressed out by personal and professional life? If so, you may want to discover the "other" intelligence we all have which impacts the way in which we navigate the sometimes challenging areas in our professional (and personal) lives. This type of intelligence, usually referred to as "emotional intelligence," refers to the non-cognitive skills and abilities that help us deal with the personal, social and survival aspects of our experiences. In this interactive workshop, you will learn what is meant by "emotional intelligence" (and it is NOT emotions!), identify your strengths and weaknesses within the various areas of emotional intelligence, and set goals for how to make positive changes so that you can lead a more productive and fulfilling life.
