HHS and the Contraception Mandate

Greg Baylor L'90, from the Alliance Defending Freedom joins the Federalist Society and WLSA for a discussion of Health and Human Services recent decisions that will require the provision of contraception at no cost to the insured. Many religious organizations have filed lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of this mandate. Father James F.
