In China, where you're born determines the opportunities you have. Fewer than 2% of students in poor rural schools go to college, compared with 70% in wealthy urban schools.Teach For China believes this CAN and MUST be changed.Each year, TFC selects outstanding Chinese and US graduates to work as Teaching Fellows for two years. These Fellows will become leaders in their classrooms and go on to become leaders in a variety of fields committed to ending educational inequity in China. Teach For China is partnered with Teach For America and the global Teach For All network. Together, we are building a global movement committed to fundamentally changing the status quo.We are primarily hiring seniors and alumni to become Teaching Fellows.
