Internship Week: Networking - The Nitty Gritty

Most professional opportunities result form successful networking, which makes developing your professional relationships a priority. This workshop will break down the concept of networking into practical and actionable steps you can take during your internship search. Students will leave feeling more confident about how to 1) identify and make the most of their existing network, 2) develop critical new contacts, and 3) take advantage of events where networking often takes place, including Winter Forum, Diversity Networking Dinner, and the Duke Career Conference (Fannie Mitchell Exchange).
