DUKE ARTS FESTIVAL

Duke Arts Festival 2012 Student Visual Arts Exhibition Opening. The centerpiece of the Duke Arts Festival is always the 200+ exhibition of work by Duke Students in the Bryan Center. Works cover a variety of media including painting, photography, sculpture, graphic design, printing, collage, digital art and film. The students come from all areas of the humanities, social sciences and natural sciences. This year's exhibition includes a special exhibition "New Views," a selection of work by students in the Duke Master of Fine Arts in Experimental and Documentary Arts program. Thru November 4. Schaefer mall, Bryan Center and Louise Jones Brown Gallery (upper level of the Bryan Center). Sponsored by Office of the Vice Provost for the Arts, Duke Alumni Association, Duke Career Center, Duke University Union VisART Committee, and duArts.
