Stanback Internships for Graduate Students-Registration Required

As a graduate student at Duke you have the unique opportunity to apply for these opportunities, which are made possible by Mr. & Mrs. Fred Stanback. The program is a partnership between the Duke Nicholas School of the Environment and targeted environmental non-profit organizations. Internships range from engineering opportunities, to policy, research and business. The program purposes include providing Duke students with practical employment experience, the opportunity to develop key competencies and work characteristics employers seeks, and establishing a network of professional contacts. The summer internship program is open to all returning Duke students - graduate, undergraduate, and international students may apply. No environmental experience required for many positions. Summer interns earned $5,000 stipend for 11 weeks.
