Duke's Concourse portal combines presence, click-to-chat, click-to-web conference, activity streams, and other collaboration tools. Join us to learn about how you can use Concourse to: 1) Find experts, communities and content from your personalized home page 2) Share knowledge with individuals and across communities 3) Collaborate with colleagues on projects and topics through Click to Call instant web conferencing and 4) Use your iOS device to access Concourse. Learn IT @ Lunch is designed to be an opportunity to learn about technology in a relaxed lunch environment. Each session includes a presentation followed by Q & A. No pre-registration is required. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis. NOTE: Lunch is not provided. Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.
