Qualtrics is a powerful and flexible survey tool available for free to the Duke Campus, and offers an invaluable tool to assess your services. In this Learn IT @ Lunch, we will talk about how to use Qualtrics to survey customers for feedback, using the example of a survey developed to get feedback from Duke IT staff in the fall semester. By the end of this seminar, we hope you will walk away with several ideas on how to use Qualtrics to gather information to make your work more successful overall. Learn IT @ Lunch is designed to be an opportunity to learn about technology in a relaxed lunch environment. Each session includes a presentation followed by Q & A. No pre-registration is required. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis. NOTE: Lunch is not provided. Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.
