Alaskan Tort Reform

The Alaska Law Review has invited Doug Rennie, a former law clerk in the District of Alaska and current clerk to the Hon. Consuelo M. Callahan of U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, to give a talk on tort reform in Alaska; Professor Thomas Metzloff will moderate Mr. Rennie's discussion.
