Memphis Teacher Residency Information Session

The Memphis Teacher Residency will be hosting an information session Tuesday February 12, 2013 at 6:30pm in West Union, Room 204 (Faculty Commons AV Room). The MTR is an urban teacher training program that includes a masters in urban education and a full-year internship in an urban school paired with a highly effective mentor. During the residency year, MTR provides a stipend, housing and full tuition for the masters degree. Following the residency year, MTR graduates commit to teaching for three consecutive years in a Memphis high need school. Our program is open to all majors.
