Landscape Plants for North Carolina Gardens

Expand your palette of ornamental plants with landscape architect Bobby Mottern, Duke Gardens' director of horticulture. Each season this class will cover another group of approximately 40 plants suitable for North Carolina gardens. You will learn identification skills, design use and plant culture. Each student will receive a portfolio of photos showing the plants studied that season. Four-part class meets at the same time Thursdays through June 28 (excluding June 21).
