First Thursday: Olafur Eliasson's 'The uncertain museum' Gallery Talk
Juline Chevalier, Curator of Education at the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University, gives a gallery talk on Olafur Eliasson's 'The uncertain museum'. This event kicks-off at 5:30 PM with a cash bar and the gallery talk begins at 6 PM. The Nasher Museum brings back a popular work, 'The uncertain museum,' which was the first by this important Danish-Icelandic artist to enter the museum's collection. Come hear Juline Chevalier's gallery talk regarding this large-scale interactive installation. Many of Eliasson's signature works explore the relationship between spectator and object.
