Event Image
Wednesday, October 03, 2012
12:15 pm - 1:15 pm

Join the Federalist Society, BYU Law Professor David Moore, and Duke Law's own Professors Young and Michaels for a discussion of the use of foreign and international law in Constitutional interpretation. Should it matter what France does when we're considering the constitutionality of an issue here? Should be adopting foreign laws to describe how we view our own Constitution? Does international law matter for our law? Plenty more questions can (and should!) be asked by attendees! Lunch provided. Co-sponsored by the International Law Society. For more information please contact Phil Aubart at pla4@duke.edu.
