Stop & Frisk in NYC: Unconstitutional?

Professor Eli Silverman, Chris Brooks from the ACLU of NC and Professor Ron Wright from Wake Forest Law join the Federalist Society, the Duke Law ACLU, BLSA and HLSA to discuss New York City's stop and frisk policy and whether or not their way of implementing it is constitutional. More than 80 percent of those stopped in New York are black or Latino, an obviously disproportionate figure. Cookout and Cupcakes will be served.
