Dan Blazer, MD, MPH, PhD

Presentation: "History of Psychiatry at Duke (1940 - 2012)"Presenter: Dr. Blazer is former Dean of Medical Education and currently J.P. Gibbons Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Vice Chair for Faculty Affairs at Duke. He is a Professor of Community and Family Medicine. He also serves as Adjunct Professor in the Department of Epidemiology, School of Public Health, University of North Carolina. He received his MD degree from the University of Tennessee and his MPH and PhD degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
