A CAPS Workshop for Navigating Emotions & Life StressorsSeeking effective ways to cope with emotions?Interested in increasing your connection to the body?Need more skills for calming the mind?This 3-Session workshop is open to Duke students to improve overall "Emotional Fitness" using a variety of learning modalities. The workshop will focus on helping students learn to better navigate emotions and develop better coping tools for stress.
