LIVE FOR LIFE @ Duke 7-week series of Yoga-Tone Classes

Yoga-Tone is a combination of Vinyasa Yoga and core strengthening Pilates exercises. Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga in which the transitions from one pose to another are just as important as the poses themselves. Improve you overall strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness, endurance, relaxation, mindfulness and reduce risk of injury. Leave feeling like you had a great workout but also invigorated and renewed. Progressions and modifications are offered so all skill levels are welcome. Classes are held Thursdays at 5:30-6:30 p.m. on August 1, 8, 15, 29 and September 12, and 26th with David Roberts, a Duke Yoga/Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer. Fee: $42.00 per person.
