Getting Promoted in the Clinical Sciences

Getting Promoted at Duke is an interactive seminar that will introduce the five different tracks for promotion in the clinical science departments. The discussion will include information on the following: Requirements for promotion on each track, examples of promotable achievements for each track, choosing a track, switching tracks, tenure clocks and the meaning of tenure, documenting your promotable achievements in preparation for "the dossier," and the promotion review timeline and review process.
